4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (as mentioned on product pages or during checkout).
For orders below the minimum threshold, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and delivery location.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and link via email or SMS to track your shipment in real time.

6. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
